The DT-DZKⅡ-type grounding resistance cabinet controller manufactured by our company is a multifunctional, intelligent monitoring device that can be used in grounding resistance cabinets of any type. It is also suitable for intelligent monitoring and surveillance of various types of packaged substations.
When used in resistor cabinet systems, this device can monitor multiple parameters of the resistor cabinet, including: the zero-sequence current value under normal system conditions; the single-phase ground fault current value during a ground fault; the duration of the ground fault; the system’s zero-sequence voltage value; the temperature of the resistors; the ambient temperature and humidity inside the resistor cabinet; and the number of ground fault operations recorded. Meanwhile, this controller features alarm outputs for various conditions, such as: system ground fault alarms, overtemperature alarms and actions triggered by excessive ambient temperatures, overtemperature alarms and actions triggered by excessive resistor temperatures, open-circuit monitoring alarms for resistors, and timeout protection alarms and actions triggered by prolonged ground faults. The device is equipped with a communication interface that enables it to transmit the collected data and records to the control room and communicate with the host computer, significantly enhancing system operational efficiency and meeting the requirements for unmanned operation of substations.
