XGN2-12(Z) Box-Type Fixed AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear (hereinafter referred to as “switchgear”) is designed for use with rated voltages of 3.6 to 12 kV, 50 Hz, and rated currents ranging from 630 A to 5000 A in three-phase AC single-busbar, double-busbar, or single-busbar systems with bypass circuits, serving the purpose of receiving and distributing electrical energy. It can meet the operational requirements of various types of power plants, substations (stations), and industrial and mining enterprises. 1.2 Standards
This product complies with the national standards GB3906 “AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear and Control Equipment Rated from 3.6 kV to 40.5 kV,” IEC60298 “AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear and Control Equipment,” as well as DL/T402 and DL/T404, and meets the “five-protection” interlocking requirements.
The XGN2-12(Z) switchgear features a metal-enclosed, box-type structure. The cabinet is divided into several compartments: the circuit-breaker compartment, busbar compartment, cable compartment, and relay compartment. Each compartment is separated by steel plates. The switchgear is equipped with doors at both the front and rear, and is installed against a wall for double-sided maintenance. It also includes pressure-relief channels, in-cabinet lighting, and a small busbar on the top of the cabinet. The XGN2-12(Z) switchgear boasts a fully mature "five mechanical interlocks" system and a simple, straightforward operating procedure. The main circuit breaker of the XGN2-12(Z) switchgear can be configured with vacuum circuit breakers such as ZN28A-12, ZN28-12, and ZN63A-12; other types of circuit breakers can also be provided as required. The disconnect switches used are the GN30-10 rotary-type disconnect switch and the GN22-10 high-current disconnect switch.
