The GCS-type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the “device”) is a low-voltage withdrawable switchgear designed and developed jointly by a team of two ministries, in response to the requirements of industry authorities, a wide range of power users, and design institutes. In large-scale power plants, petrochemical facilities, and other locations with high levels of automation that require interfaces with computers, this low-voltage switchgear assembly is used in power generation and supply systems operating at a three-phase AC frequency of 50 (60) Hz, with rated working voltages of 380 V (400 V) or 600 V, and rated currents up to 4,000 A. It is employed for power distribution, centralized motor control, and reactive power compensation.
